Shipping Policy

Effective as of June, 2025

1. Shipping Territory

We currently ship within Canada and US only. Orders outside our service area will be canceled and refunded.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during peak periods, sales events, or due to inventory delays.

We are not responsible for delays in order processing caused by circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees & Methods

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order is shipped.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates, methods, and couriers at our discretion.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, the delivery timeline is solely in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Infinite Medical Spa is not liable for late deliveries due to carrier delays, weather, operational disruptions, or customs inspections.

5. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information at the time of purchase.

We are not liable for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays due to address errors

Packages marked as undeliverable or returned to sender

Re-shipment due to customer error will incur additional shipping charges.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

Please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members

Contact the shipping carrier directly

We do not refund or replace orders marked as “Delivered.”

7. Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a damage claim:

Include your order number

Attach clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic proof will not be eligible for review or compensation.

8. Returns of Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or unclaimed delivery, the order will be refunded minus original shipping, return shipping fees, and a 15% restocking fee.

Re-shipment is available upon request and requires prepayment of new shipping charges.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulatory, safety, or logistical concerns. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be legally or logistically fulfilled.

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
